Cancellation & Refund Policy

Out of respect for our instructors, our students, and the significant costs involved in producing high-quality continuing education, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy.

We strive to offer courses that are truly bar none, thoughtfully designed, evidence-informed, and deeply experiential. When you register for a course, you are reserving a seat in a limited-capacity learning environment. That commitment allows us to secure instructors, travel, venues, materials, and operational resources well in advance. As a small, micro-education company, last-minute cancellations have a meaningful impact on our ability to deliver these experiences sustainably.

For that reason, we ask that participants review and honor the following policy before registering.

Cancellation timelines are based on the number of days prior to the course start date:

  • 28+ days before – 100% refund or transfer

  • 21–27 days before – 50% refund or transfer

  • 14–20 days before – 25% refund or transfer

  • 7–13 days before – Transfer only (no refund)

  • Less than 7 days before – No refunds or transfers

All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

We appreciate your understanding and your partnership in helping us continue to offer exceptional, instructor-led education with integrity and care.

Our courses are open to licensed healthcare providers with an active state license. Participants are responsible for understanding their individual state practice acts and determining whether the techniques taught may be legally utilized within their scope of practice.

Most of our courses are designed for and commonly attended by:

  • Physical Therapists (PT)

  • Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)

  • Occupational Therapists (OT)

  • Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA)

  • Chiropractors (DC)

  • Medical Doctors (MD) and other physicians

Please note that PTAs and OTAs, with the exception of those practicing in Texas, are not permitted to perform needling techniques under most state practice acts. For this reason, we do not recommend needling courses for PTAs or OTAs unless their state regulations explicitly allow participation and clinical application.

Ultimately, it is the responsibility of each clinician to ensure compliance with their licensing board, employer policies, and state regulations when integrating course content into clinical practice.
